January 19, 200917 yr It's impressive that they get there, yes. But it's even more impressive to me that they continue to fail once they get there. I don't understand how it's failing when most times they are overachieving by getting there.. This year is a prime example of that.

The Browns fired two great coaches for that back in the day. It set them back for years. I would love to envision McNabb and company as the Bills of old, but Im afraid your probably right.
January 19, 200917 yr I can't tell you how bad I wish McNabb + Reid are shown the door. Then I hope they both win it all and it's 50 years before Philly sniffs a confrence championship again! Arz is so tough on offense! Had the pick not been stripped I don't think this would have been a game.

Perhaps the division was overrated; particularly if using the Bengals as a measuring stick. If you had told me before the game that the Eagles would hang 25 on the Cardinals; I would have "bet the farm" that McNabb & Co. would advance.
January 20, 200917 yr Actually, that's pretty freakin' impressive. Your bunch has come nowhere close to that level of consistent excellence. The fact that they even got back in the game means Donovan should be a shoo-in HOFer. You're right...that is impressive. But, I think I'd trade 10 straight playoff appearances for one Super Bowl.
