37th district finals are Tuesday night with Campbell County playing Brossart. It should be a battle.

I know Boyd beat Greenup and I think the game before was Russell vs East Carter, with Russell taking the win.

Does anyone know who the winners were in the AIT yesterday in Ashland. There were 8 games.

There were 4 games. Russell beat East Carter, Boyd beat Greenup, Ashland beat Lewis and Raceland beat Rowan.

Yes, that is a very low number. Part of the problem was that 4 games were scheduled the week of 1/26. Since we are so late in the season, I do not imagine that those will be made up.

 

Anyway, the big one is Tuesday night at 5:30. Camels and Mustangs match up for the 37th district finals. It should be a great matchup with boys who will be facing each other many times over the next few years. Good luck Camels!!

Boone County beat Connor by about 20 pts. but the game was close for 3 periods. Boone wore them down and was the better team. Connor played hard but could not hang with them in the 4th.

Dixie beat NCC by 7 pts. (or somewhere around that). Dixie didn't pull away until the last couple of minutes.

Boone County plays Dixie in the finals on Saturday at 7:30 p.m. This should be a great game.

That will be a good one. I think Dixie is the only N. Ky. team to beat Boone's freshman team this year.

Its not on our schedule but I'm pretty sure that there will be one.

 

Unless they play a couple of Districts during the week I don't think we're having one this year. West Jessamin won their district and Somerset won theirs but the 46th and 48th didn't have a district tourney so there is no one to play in the 12th Region Tourney that was scheduled for Saturday.

It will be Boone vs Dixie for the 9th region freshman title Saturday night at CCH. Boone beat Conner by about 20(?) and Dixie beat NCC by 6(?) in the semis.

This is all foreign to those of us in the Louisville area. Sounds interesting. No way will JCPS support this sort of tourney.
