The Late-Niners ('09) Thread: New Year...Old Friends

Hell yea, I have Showtime!!! When?

Not sure, I'd have to look it up.

I have been watching the DVD's as well as watching them online. You should probably catch up before watching whatever is on Showtime (if it is even on currently).

I would recommend watching the first season, I'm 8 episodes in and it is already one of my favorite shows. Very different IMO, than any other show.

Already off work for the day.

I haven't even fell asleep yet.

Insomnia stinks...

That really does suck. Tylenol PM maybe?

I take this every night, just got in about 2 hrs ago and took some, I'm bout to crash

On a happier note, I'm going to be at the first game ever played at the new Yankee stadium! Cubs/Yanks April 3rd:banana:

Still awake as well, I have a feeling I'll hear about it later...:irked:

BTW, we should all go to a game this summer, LN'ers only, no posers allowed.

I've been watching season 1 of Dexter for a few hours. I can't believe that show is so good. I've been missing out.

I've never seen it, but we have free Showtime channels for 3 months, so I might give it a watch. My son, who is in his late 20s, likes it a lot.

I thought it was a decent effort by Stephen King.

PS - just wait until you're 53 if you think it's bad now...break.gif

 You have trouble sleeping also?

It's very good. I'd recommend watching the first couple of seasons before jumping in though. The DVD"s aren't that expensive on Amazon...around $20 each.

Might give it a shot when I "NEED" to sleep at a certain time.

Taking my nephew to a Harlem Globetrotters game tonight. Should be fun...

Let us all know how "Skyscraper" Alleyne plays.

I was just thinking about that last night. Not too sure I want to take on the inevitable self-abuse that entails. But if there's sufficient clamor for it, maybe I'll bite the bullet. ;)

It's been a long time.
