Eagles 44 Cowboys 6

Giants game a couple of weeks ago. They lose they are out. I guess folks can try to down play that game but it was a make or break and they beat the Giants.

It wasn't necessarily make or break. They could have lost that game and still made the playoffs. Unfortunately for them, they couldn't manage to beat the Ravens (at home) or the Eagles.

He needs to learn how to win in big games too. He can't seem to do that.

Same thing was said of Eli Manning before the Super Bowl last year. :sssh:

It was a big game. You can try to down play it that's fine but it was an important game. Losing Barber hurt them more than people let on IMO. Just like losing Jacobs. I don't see the Giants going very far if he is out.

They simply aren't good.

Guess that's why they beat your boys a couple of weeks ago. What does that say about them?

Would love to see the Cowboys somehow get Matt Cassel or maybe package Romo and Owens to the Lions for their number 1 plus some of the picks they lost in the Roy Williams deal and then draft either Bradford or Stafford as Cassel's backup. Romo was never nothing more than an undrafted free agent QB who would maybe thrive better in not as pressured a situation as being the Cowboys QB. Could see Cassel handling that role well.

Tom Brady has 3 rings that say otherwise....;)
A team and A QB are two different things.
Can you guys name me one big game the Cowboys have won with Romo under center? I have a feeling I'll be waiting a while on this one.
Beating the Giants a couple weeks ago was pretty big. :D
The good one? Their both better than Romo. :walk:
Nah, the little girly one is just a little wimp on a good team. :walk:

Peyton is better than them all.

He tends to play poorly on the big stage IMO.
Again, the same ridiculous thing was said about Peyton, you need to learn that football is a team sport.

Yeah, it got them a whole lot. Beating them twice in the regular season got the Boys a lot last year too. It got the Cowboys 51-59012-P.jpg but the Giants ended up with one of these. ring1.jpg

Overshadowed in the terrible play by the Cowboys was Jason Witten's efforts. I don't know how you can be a true football fan and not like him. Played with broken ribs half the season and a jacked up ankle yesterday. It should have been illegal linemen downfield but the latteral he threw to T.O. was one of the most heads up plays of the year.

And you need to learn the argument you are making is simply proving another point that I am trying to make. The Cowboys aren't a good team. Tony Romo still plays bad in pressure situations though...

Peyton Manning proved that he could play good in pressure situations. Tony Romo has not proved that yet.

Sense we are living in the past that is a nice ring. Dallas has 5... you got some catching up to do!

Now we're resorting to calling them names huh?

Well the little girly one won a Super Bowl MVP award and got a Super Bowl Championship. More than manly man Tony Romo can say, huh?

Dallas' last super bowl is ancient history. The Giants was last year. Technically they are still the champs until someone knocks them off. It will be a tough road once again this year, but at least they get a shot at the super bowl. Meanwhile, the Cows are at home WATCHING the Giants get their chance.
