How bad was this trade?

Featured Replies

Most people who are big fans of a certain team have skewed judgement. I am a big Giants fan, I am not ashamed of that. But that doesn't mean this trade wasn't awful. It was a terrible trade .
We won't know for sure, I've seen other players do bad in one system and eventually fit in well in another. Getting rid of Fasano upset me much more.

Getting rid of Fasano upset you more than losing a 1st and 3rd round draft pick? When you already have Witten? What?

17 catches 194 yards 1 TD

Are those stats just with the Cowboys?

Because I know he had a lot more than that for the whole season.

I'm not as hung up on draft picks as some are, Witten was playing hurt most of the year, Fasano could have really helped out. Even Parcells thinks he's another Bravaro, that's saying a lot.

Play nice children.

 Reminds me of the way I used to argue, 40 years ago. :p

Honestly, I don't think any of are being serious, just a little light hearted ribbing.

You are right, he had more for the entire season. He had 36 catches, 430 yards and 2 TD's. Very bad.

Another Bavaro? That's a bit of an exaggeration.

What's wrong with posting funny pictures?

The Lions drafted Brandon Pettigrew with the first round pick. The other two players didnt pan out and are no longer in the league

Love looking back at these threads. A couple of weeks ago I was looking at the 2008 NFL draft thread. A LOT of Matt Ryan naysayers.

The Lions have the opportunity, to get some help in these rounds. Williams is talented but not sure the trade is the problem, as much as the individualism of the Cowboys.

Too many me first attitudes, doesn't help a talented group of Players, become a team with one goal.

I really have nothing to say other than, I really miss this poster.
