That wasn't the point I was making. There is no question that Holmes and Seneca are two of the better teams in the tournament, so why are they playing each other in the first round?

 

Oh I agree. I questioned this as well when I saw the brackets.

 

Lloyd did the same thing last year when Gallatin Co and Holmes were the two best teams in the tournament and they had them meeting in the semi finals rather than the championship.

We'll be there for the Grant Co./Holy Cross and Conner/Holmes games tonight.

The Enquirer's coverage of this tournament has been terrible. They should be ashamed.

I thought I read somewhere that a few of the late round games in this tournament would be broadcast on the web. Anyone recall this and if so, where and when will this broadcast be?

I saw Henderson County at the Ronald McDonald House Classic at Oldham County. Very good team; possibly the best team in the 2nd region. Very fast, athletic, and aggressive on both ends of the court. They could give Holmes a run for the money, and certainly won't back down from the uptempo pace...

I have tried to find out what is going on thru the enquirer and they only report the down state tournaments and not the Lloyd Tourney. The Coach at Lloyd has done a tremendous job trying to put something nice together without any help from the Enquirer. JD
