Man Throws Shoes at Bush on Iraq trip

Featured Replies

Some Americans would throw their shoes at Bush.

Some Americans would throw their shoes at Obama.

Should we withdraw from the US because some don't agree with the policies enacted by the President?

If you had a sick child would you throw it away ? I don't care for GW, but I will venture to say if BO manages to complete his first term, it will be his last ! He has compiled the A list of crooks to head several departments. We will see many scandels come out of this group ! Write it down !!

Yea, if you call a seven day waiting period on shoe purchases a positive story !!:banana::banana::banana:

:laugh::thumb:

Do they know by whom?

A judge says the shoe thrower was beaten afterwards.

Great progress. In the old days, a reporter who embarrassed his president would have been tossed from the roof of a tall building, after being tortured and deprived of an appendage or two. Hopefully, the young reporter's friends will tell him how lucky he is to be alive.

That's probably the most ridiculous analogy I've ever heard :lol:.

The United States is OUR country.

Iraq is NOT our country. If they do not want us there, we should leave. We can not kick ourselves out of our own country, although I wouldn't mind if we kicked a few of our "leaders" out :lol:.

No way. If GW could get reelected in 2004 (and I voted for him) than O can be reelected in 2012.

Part of the reason Bush was able to win in 2004 was the sad sack candidate the Democrats nominated to run against him. If the Republicans nominate another Democrat-lite candidate in 2012 to run against whoever is president, then they will deserve to lose again.

To show you the thought process of people in this area of the country, I read somewhere today that a family was wanting to send their daughter to be this guy's wife as a present for what he did.

Clyde , I don't want to get in to a -he said- she said, but a lot of it has been previously reported. It's obvious it doesen't really matter who is in office we don't seem to improve much. His Chief of Staff has been in with the Chicago fat cats since 1980. Then you got the Clintons, and there are more. I beleive it will all come out in the next couple of years.

Where does a "he said she said" come into the claim that Obama has an "A list of crooks?" If they're "A List" wouldnt' we all know them? Name them.

Actually I heard the same notions being flaunted before towards the Reagan administration. When Ronnie took over he hired some of Nixon's old henchmen and the assumption of guilt by association was big then as well.
