December 2, 200817 yr I could see them doing it. Why don't they just let them and the Celtics play a 7 game series now for the title. Injuries could be the only thing that could prevent it.:thumb:
December 6, 200817 yr Anyone see Glen "Big Baby" Davis literally being a "Big Baby" at the end of the Celtics bench tonight? Yeah that's right, the dude was literally shedding tears because Garnett jumped onto him...
December 6, 200817 yr Pertaining to the OJ Mayo talk, I also see him slightly ahead of Rose at this point. As far as the Grizzlies go they have a couple real nice pieces that are young and will be stars for a while. If they could add one more dominant player, whether being a impact post player, or another big time scorer they wouldn't be that bad. Then if they had a few upgrades as far as role players and bench players go. Mayo and Gay are great players, and even if the Grizz were to luck up and land a nice 2 Guard, Mayo I think could play a good PG at the NBA level and still supply plenty of offense.
December 7, 200817 yr Rondo has emerged as one of the top 3 point guards in the Eastern conference & one of the top 5 or 6 in the entire league. I put him in a group with Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Nash, Devin Harris & Rose.
December 7, 200817 yr ^ Until he learns to shot he isn't up there yet for me. A lot of those guys are the man on their team. Lets see Rondo take on that, he is playing with 3 of the top 15-20 players in the NBA, makes life a little easier.
