Green County's punter mishandled a snap in the Monroe County's endzone and Monroe County's Jared Rich tacked the Green player in the end zone for a safety.

What a great game! Most def. worth the drive down to T-ville!

A little too close for comfort. The Falcons played decent but had some untimely turnovers that almost cost them the game... I will say this, Green Co. has a reputation that precedes them everywhere they go, they did a good job of upholding that reputation tonight, take that how you want...

Monroe won the region in 89 as well, they lost the next game to Mayfield...

Yes, back when only two teams per district went. Very nice accomplishment for the Falcons. They may need a shoe horn to get everyone in Friday at Darrell Carter Stadium.
