Final.

NewCath's return game was the key in this one. They had great field position all night. DeSales came out and drove it down the field keyed by a 40+ yard pass inside the 10. NewCath returned the favor and scored in 4 plays. Observations from this one is that NewCath's offense is firing, but their D needs to tackle better. Just before the half they had De Sales 3rd and 35, and let De Sales run a draw 32 yards. De Sales converted on 4th and scored a few plays later. If they tackle like that against Corbin, they will be in trouble. However, the other 2/3s of the game they absolutely dominated.

NewCath bigger, stronger, and faster. Made for a long night for DeSales.

 

The Colts' QB made some very nice plays in the face of heavy pressure all night.

NCC had total domination in this game. It was not even close .

After the colt's 40 yard pass, there wasnt much going for them. Although NewCaths offense stepped up big. Way to play a full game! I think their defense studied too much of the colt's running and forgot how their pass defense though. Need to work on that! Good job Breds!

Total mismatch ... Not suprised at all by this outcome . Desales was dominated from start to finish . The Johnson kid made some nice plays now and then but overall the Colts never really had a chance . Too much pressure on Johnson all night .

Great game by the Breds, Mark Kelly was dominant 6 TD's, to on punt returns was amazing. Kelly is such a hard runner and refuses to go down can't wait to see how Corbin is going to defend both Kelly and Kues.
