  1. This is going to be a good one, FT. Cambpell is the favorite and should be they are the Champs until someone knocks them off, NewCath is a better all around team than they were a year ago, much better team speed and I am sure they feel as if there is some unfinished business from last years game. Both teams will be prepared and I think this one will be won up front.
  2. It wouldn't matter who was healthy NewCath was the better team and would have won by 2 touchdowns either way. Mark Kelly was the best player on the field Friday and still would have been if everyone was healthy, he beat yoiu last year and did it again this year just be glad he is graduating but keep in mind the Kelly who score the 2nd touchdown is his younger brother who is a sophomore who is very, very good. I don't mean to sound frustrated but campbellfield seems to just make excuses, you have a very good program with players who play hard with a lot of heart and i commend them for it and I wish your team the best of luck.
  3. I realize the game was tied at half but it could have easily been 14-0 at half. As the game went on you could clearly see that NCC was moving the ball and was in command, I think they were winning the battle in all parts of the game. If I cold offer some friendly advice to the Redhounds which is play better competition during the regular season whether you win or lose it will pay off in the playoffs. NCC was battle tested and played some very good teams and were put in every situation possible there could be. I wish the Redhounds the best of look you have a very good team keep up the good work.
  4. I mean no disrespect but when we beat Beechwood this year there excuse was there running back was injured and that is why we beat them, I don't mean to put you in the same category as them when it comes to excuses, you guys have a fine team and I wish you luck in the upcoming seasons.
  5. I understand what your saying but one player isn't going to make up 19 points, you have to overcome injuries every team has them and one player doesn't make you or break you.
  6. He is fun to watch, with him you never know when he is going to break one.
  7. Does Ryle, Simon, Cov Cath, Conner, Campbell have guys go both ways, not sure they do?
  8. I apoligize on the numbers the last stats I saw had Quainoo carrying he ball more than 130 more times than Kelly, in one game Quainoo carried 50 times.
  9. I think you have to consider playing both ways as a factor, while Quainoo is resting while his team is on defense Kelly is not resting and after they stop them on defense he goes back and runs punts back. He takes a beating the only time he comes off the field is on the kick offs and accasionally on defense.
  10. I understand that is an easy excuse, but upfront NCC was much better although he may have broken some tackles the game would have been the same, unless you are telling me he would have made up for 19 points? I agree Corbin is a good team just not the caliber as NCC yet and I mean no disrespect.
  11. I believe this one is a tight one all the way through with NCC scoring late to win it. campbellfield what do have against NCC, the only thing I can think of is that they put you out of the State Championship game for the 3rd time now?
  12. Give it to Kelly another 136 more times he could have gotten to 9.0 yards a carry. I think they are both great backs I would just put Kelly ahead also after Kelly plays defense they has to go and run the ball thats pretty impressive, not to mention he is back on punt returns.
