November 19, 200817 yr Right now Michigan has several problems. First off contrary to popular beliefs the talent level left for RR was not very good and most players do not fit his system. He had 2 NFL first rounders transfer out in Mallet and Benedict Arnold. The Qb situation alone has cost them 3-4 games this year. Although I still support him RR and staff has done a terrible job of coaching this year. His ego is either going to bring Michigan to a national power year in and out or going to set this program back 5-10 years. ( I still believe the first) The defense is bad and with the exception of B graham does not have any NFL players on it. The most concerning thing for me is the recruiting. He did a very good job when he came in and secured a top 10 class, however this years class is mediocre but does have 2 qb's that fits his system. He is putting alot of emphasis on the 2010 class and does have some very good players already secured. He needs to realize that AA is not Morgantown and another season like this year someone else (Brady Hoke) will enjoy his 2010 class and this years freshman. I dont see how a program like Michigan has the talent level drop off that drastically that quickly, especially against a conference that is basically down. It seems like they were always in the top 10 recruiting classes for years. Im not a Michigan fan but Im a college football fan and I like seeing the Michigans, Alabamas, Oklahomas,Notre Dames, Penn States, and Florida States of the world still having great programs. It would make me feel young again to see this group in the top 20 again!!:thumb:
November 19, 200817 yr Ohio St by 2 td's if not more. Michigan won't be able to stop Pryor or Beanie Wells.
November 19, 200817 yr It is getting closer and closer to The Game. However it does not quite have the same sense of excitement about it as most years. RR will probably be all right, but I hope my Bucks put the cap on a very sad season for Meat-Chicken football. This one does scare me just a bit, because it is of course OSU vs. UM. I am one of those weird Buckeye Fans that wants to see UM win every game but one. Two years ago, a dream became a reallity when both teams were unbeaten-untied going into The Game. As a Buckeye I want to beat the best team they have. Unfortunately this years game doesn't generate that much excitement outside of Ohio and Michigan. Go Bucks! Beat Blue!
November 19, 200817 yr The most important game in OH sat. will be played in Southwestern OH! OSU will trounce Mich.
November 19, 200817 yr I can't hardly imagine this game being the blowout that most are calling for. I realize that the school up north is way down but this rivalry is one of if not the greatest in college football. I don't think that I can remember any all out blowouts on either side. There may have been but most I believe were close games or at least within 2td's. I am certainly wanting to see an embarrassment above all embarrassments for that school up north. Ohio State 31 Michigan 20 GO BUCKEYES!!!!!!!!!!:flame:
November 19, 200817 yr This just in, the Ohio State / Michigan game in Columbus,Oh. on Saturday has been cancelled. .................... Michigan can't find a way to get through Toledo.:jump:

November 20, 200817 yr Could a hole open in the ground and swallow both teams, uggghhhh! OSU unfortunately dominates this game, but I'd love to see 0-0 with 40 turnovers....

November 20, 200817 yr Since the jokes have started like every year, here is one that was sent to me....................................................... One day, while driving along, I saw a priest. I thought I would do a good deed so I pulled over and asked the priest, "Where are you going Father?" "I'm going to give mass at St. Francis Church, about 2 miles down the road," replied the priest. "Climb in, Father! I'll give you a lift!" The priest climbed into the rear passenger seat, and we continued down the road. Suddenly, I saw a Michigan fan walking down the road with that "M" shirt on, and I instinctively swerved as if to hit him. But, as usual, I swerved back into the road just in time. Even though I was certain that I had missed the guy, I still heard a loud "THUD." Not understanding where the noise came from, I glanced in my mirrors but still didn't see anything. I then remembered the priest and turned to him and said, "Sorry Father, I almost hit that Michigan fan." "That's OK," replied the priest, "I got him with the door."
