I find it funny that a guy talking up Penn State is questioning the #1 team in the country....

You can't ridicule me for cheering for one of my favorite teams. That being said, let's face it - both PSU and Bama are a joke when it comes to playing in the national title game against a team like Florida.

Disagree about Bama....They are very good. I think Florida would beat them, but I think they can beat any of those teams you mentioned.

The SEC Championship game, will decide one team in the title game in my opinion. I do think that 'Bama's defense, can slow Florida from scoring at will. The question is, will Alabama be capable of scoring enough on Florida.

I don't even think Bama's defense will do anything to even slow Florida down. UK/Bame = close game, UK/UGA + close game, Bama/UGA ended up being closer than the way it started, but with that said, UF vs. UK/UGA/Vandy = total blowouts. So with that said its obvious UK, Bama, Georgia, and Vandy are playing about on the same level, and Florida's level of play is way way higher. If it wasn't for the worst game they have played in a while in their only loss, Florida would be without a doubt the number one team, but with that behind them no one in the country could beat them right now. Thus, if the teams make it through November the way their playing right now, then the SEC title game will result in a Florida drilling of Alabama putting them straight into the title game. I so hope Texas Tech can win vs. the Sooners and win out completely because a Tech/Florida National Championship game with two stout offenses and with the likely heisman winner coming from one or the other certainly looks to be a great game in the making.

I believe in our 2009 BCS thread, I predicted OU vs Florida in the title game, with the Sooners winning.
