November 6, 200817 yr Author When my teeth ache it is often the first sign of a sinus infection. Do you have any drainage or nighttime cough? Pretty sure I've been living with a sinus infection for the past few years, sometimes worse than others.
November 6, 200817 yr You may need to make an appt. with a good ENT, then. No reason to live with that kind of pain if you can relieve it.
November 6, 200817 yr There are several health care professionals on this board. Plenty of doctors, nurses, and EMT's, just to name a few. :thumb: And a few who stayed in a Holiday Inn Express last night.
November 6, 200817 yr Author Get in a fight recently? It wouldn't matter. Can someone please que my bad to the bone music now. Oh and for just this one post, pretend like this isn't a thread started by me whining and complaining about my teeth hurting.:thumb:

November 6, 200817 yr Author :lol: I didn't ever get hit but my right tooth shifted up and I could tell they were wrong for about 2 weeks. It was so annoying.. I'm thinking it's gotta be stress, with grinding my teeth, I've done it since I was little, but if stress makes it worse then I'm surprised I still have any teeth left at this point. Would make sense too because I haven't been to the gym quite as much in the past two weeks, and I get really irritable when I don't go. Mostly I just wanted to make sure it wasn't some weird sign of a brain annurism or heart condition or something completely random and off the wall.:creepy:
November 6, 200817 yr I had the same thing happen to me several months ago. It hurt when I tried to close my jaw down enough to clinch my teeth together. I dealt with it and it finally went away so I thought. Turns out it came back later just not as bad. The last trip to the dentist I asked about it and sure enough...he said I see all kinds of evidence of you grinding your teeth. Long story short...have to get a night guard, and they ain't cheap!!
November 6, 200817 yr You probably have seasonal sinusitis which can bodily push the teeth downward and physically misalign the bite. I see several per week with this very thing. If you have no other medical reasons not to, take an OTC sinus med (not sinus and cold or sinus and flu, simply sinus) and you can diagnose it yourself. If you take the meds and symptoms go away, voila. Typically tooth related symptoms are specific, acute and don't fluctuate. You have symptoms that are synonymous with sinusitus. But, what do I know? Maybe you should ask getalife.:sssh:
November 6, 200817 yr You might be grinding your teeth when you sleep. It can cause headaches but also problems with your mouth in general. I think that's what I do because my jaw has been killing me the best few weeks
