October 20, 200818 yr Author Another that I would add on here, is Steven Wright. Not a very high energy comedian, or bad language, but has funny material that makes you think.
January 20, 201214 yr Richard Pryor, George Carlin, Eddie Murphy, Sam Kinison are the legends! Some of my personal favorites are: Denis Leary and Jeff Ross (the roast master)
January 20, 201214 yr For me, there is one "best all time"....George Carlin. Others I love are Robin Williams, Tim Conway, Carol Burnette and the "new" guard, Russell Brand. Interestingly, with Brand, I was prepared to hate him, and fell in love with him.
January 20, 201214 yr Eddie is my all time favorite. A couple of lesser known guys but still funny are Jerry Clower and Brian Reagan.
