His movies are all terrible. Sixth Sense, Signs, The Village, Slither (I believe that was his), are flat out awful.

He had nothing to do with Slither.

Devils rejects and or house of 1000 corpses needs to be on there.

I would like to see House of 1000 Corpses on there and while I liked it, I don't think The Devils Rejects deserves to be.

Add The Happening to that, that movie was a waste of my 3 dollars.

I like the list, especially your number one pick. You have flicks from all generations.

Perhaps I am showing my age, however as a kid I loved the original Frankenstein, Wolfman, The Mummy, and the original version of House on Haunted Hill. I would put those in place of a few of them.

The ring was absolutely terrible and all of Rob Zombies movies are just BAD and not scary at all.

Slither? Not one of his movies.

He's done The 6th Sense, Unbreakable, Signs, The Villiage, Lady in the Water, and The Happening.

Flat Out Awful? I guess I would strongly disagree in your taste in movies then, because he is simply brilliant.

That and Signs are the only M Night Shamalyan movies worth mentioning.

Have you even seen all of his movies?

SAW?

Those movies are really, really stupid, and less about horror than they are about simply being disgustingly gory.

Gotta be a place for "Poltergeist" on there somewhere. I was afraid to go swimming for months after seeing the "pool party."

I've seen everyone of those, and they're terrible. The twists are stupid, and the scripts are awful IMO.

Exorcist is the scariest movie I've every seen. It should be # 1.

While I love Scream and I'm a slasher fanatic, the real slasher movie was introduced in 1990, the movie was called Cutting Class. It is awesome, with Brad Pitt.

I liked Fraility, but it doesn't need to be on the list IMO.

NO JAWS! ARRRGGGGGGG...

Evil Dead 2? I thought the 1st one was much better.

Sixth Sense: NO WAY!

I'm geared for more B horror movies that impacted a culture. The Toxic Avenger, Swamp Thing, The Mutilators, etc. That's my genre' anyway.

Still cannot believe JAWS isn't on the list, they might as well have E.T. as #1.

Was The Descent actually a good movie? It's very rare I see any new horror movies simply because the majority of them suck so bad.

I thought The Descent sucked.
