Having a family in Maine and being born there, I am obviously gunna be going for the Sox. But then again, a part of me really does wanna see the Rays win it all. I hope whoever comes out of this series takes the WS. I am pulling for the Sox but wont kill myself over a Rays series win.

He was 9-8 with a 3.04 ERA. Not too bad if you ask me....

Never did I say he was world-known. But he is a great pitcher now, he was a good pitcher then.

He was a good pitcher but the whole point at the beginning was that the Marlins won the WS when they were a big underdog to the Yankees. In baseball you never know what might happen. Not too many people would have guess a young pitcher like Beckett would dominate the post season like that.
