UPSET weekend...is this the first one?

Featured Replies

Yep, upset IMO. Wisconsin was heavily favored.

They were only a 6 point favorite. Thats not heavily favored. But I know what you mean tho they were in my mind before I saw the spread too.

UC's BARELY hanging on against Akron... up 2 with under 3 toplay. Akron has the ball at midfield.

I hate when games are decided by penalties....

Well, they did have an advantage with that reciever down field.

Ok, a recap so far before the night games.

Oregon St. def. 1 USC 27-21

Maryland def. 20 Clemson 20-17

Mississippi def. 4 Florida 31-30

Houston def. 23 East Carloina 41-24

Michigan def. 9 Wisconsin 27-19

Navy def. 16 Wake Forest 24-17

Alabama just opened a 17-0 lead at UGa.

And Illinois is up early at Penn St., although the Lions are knocking.

Didn't really mean it like that, because the vegas line isn't that favoring as you said. But according to all the analysts there was almost no way Michigan was going to win this one. Even heard someone say (can't remember who) that this was going to be Wisconsin's first win in the Big House, or something to that effect.

Ala is up now 31-10. Not just a possible upset to some but a blowout.
