Since you have a family picnic this weekend, are you going to be in friday for the game?

:thumb: I'll be there.

I was just wondering..... I guess a question for all of our homecoming dates, ...uh, I mean the Ram players........

Guys, since you have been chosen as the GC homecoming dates I hope that you have all of you corsage's ordered and will look nice for the GC homecoming celebration. Make sure that you are not out too late and treat your date with respect and be nice, o.k.? :D

Nice one "Ram" this is true I pick Raceland.

I want to see Kory Baldridge, Cody Grant, Cody Chinn, Rocky Jobe, and Robbie Logan in their homecoming dresses, I bet they are cute.

By the way, these five will win this game or loose this game, which will it be gentlemen? Your choice. I'm calling you out. I will be watching you all to see if you are the homecoming cupcakes or not.

Weight’s off as neighbors tangle

Rams, Musketeers both coming off huge district wins

By ADAM VANKIRK — The Independent

LLOYD — The monkey’s off the back.

In a sense, that could be fitting for both Greenup County and Raceland heading into Friday night’s matchup.

“They’re not a 1-3 football team, if anyone looks at their schedule and the type of teams they’ve played, including a scrimmage against Ironton,” Vanderhoof said. “Especially last week, you can see signs that they are starting to turn the corner. They played outstanding.

“Any time local teams can get together and play in the same county just a few minutes apart, it should be fun for the fans and players. It should be fun for everybody. It’s homecoming so it should be a huge crowd and a great atmosphere for high school football. Everyone will be cranked up.”

Thanks for the link Ram, I noticed at the end of that article that there will be a homecoming parade starting at 6pm leading to the game and all the festivities and celebration.

Just think Rams....your are not only their date, they are having a parade in your honor. You should be so proud they chose you for a party guest..........:sssh: :D

LOL...well, I would venture to say that the Rams probably wouldn't know (or even care) about the parade or homecoming, other than they get some extra time to rest up at halftime.:D

The Rams will take care of business. Greenup just happens to be the next team in the way for their quest for the championsip opportunities that lie ahead.

We all know how the season has shaped up for both teams so far, and the obvious choice would be to say Raceland will win hands down. But, this is one of those enter county rivalry games that the records don't always do justice to the match up.

I expect Greenup County to play above expectations, and for Raceland to have to play a hard fought game to get the victory.

Go Rams play like Champions,110% all out every play.:fight:

Sidelinedoc, leave Coupon and his "superfisherman wife" alone, or you could be on the outside looking in.

Coupon, how's that?

I accept my reprimand with honor. I do want to say in my defense that Coupon21 has broken a man rule. MR 069.001(A) states "that no man shall allow his wife to touch or use his fishing gear for such purpose as to catch or to simulate catching a fish." And not only did she catch it, he was photographed holding her catch and apparently bragging about it for her. Shame on you Coupon21:laugh:

:laugh:That is funny, I don't care who you are. Man Law.

I know (LOL)...just giving you a hard time.

:lol: doc, you are just not right......and I resemble that remark.

O.K., it is game day and Rams, lets get focused and stay diciplined...no stupid penalties, stay with the game plan your coaches have lined out for you, play each play hard from the opening kickoff to the final buzzer..no taking plays off, leave it all out on the field and play Raceland Ram Football!

No green font today or tonight, lets go out and open up another Big Ol' Can of Orange Crush!!

May both teams remain injury free and GO RAMS!
