I agree with the poll completely.

 

To be honest, I don't think there is a whole lot of separation between any of the teams in the poll. Any of those 7 teams will give any of the other teams on the list a good, competitive game.

 

Our area has some strong teams (as a whole) this year. It makes the season much more fun this way.

I don't think any team in the area would have anything for Johnson Central.

This one looks pretty good. Right now anyway I believe that #4 and #5 could possiblly be interchanged (?) and maybe Paintsville possibly in towards the #7 slot but I think that they got it right this week, no arguments at all.

 

This is scary, no major disgreements with the D.I. so far.

I actually find myself rooting for JC because they just recently came onto the scene of strong football and I like seeing new faces from our area winning lots of games. I just think they are beatable this season.

On a side note, I said this in the now vanished BGP NEKY top 10 poll...........Thank you to Redrambler and to Ram for trying to get that one going :thumb:, it just didn't work out as far as the interest needed.

JC may not be beating teams by the margin as they did in 2006, but keep in mind their schedule is a lot tougher this year.

 

IMO JC could use more leadership from their seniors, like the ones in the class of 2006.

I agree with their schedule this year they are beatable, but I think they would have the same results of the 2006 team if they were playing the 2006 schedule.

I'm going to be disapointed if LC doesn't put on a showing that shows they should be around the top 4ish in the next couple of weeks. This young group is learning what it takes if we can just keep overcoming the injury bug.
