Fairview is averaging over 38 ppg and giving up 5.67 ppg. The game is at Fairview. Who is favored and who wins this rival game in week 4?

Raceland will have to play their best game so far to win this game. Fairview is big, fast and strong. Raceland's defense will have to step it up and play stingy defense to lower that ppg stat. The offense will have to put some points on the board. And the penalties will have to cease immediately.

Should Raceland cut out the stupid penalties that have cost us in the first two games the the Rams can make it close I believe. Fairview is a very strong football team with new additions that are paying off for them. They (Fairview) play with a lot of confidence this season and will like Ram said be a very tough football game. I hope that we (Raceland) can stay in the game.

Playing at Fairview will be tough as well.....one never knows what will happen when the fog settles in on "Mossy Bottom" :D.

May both teams stay injury free and...................................

GO RAMS!!!............... Roll out the Orange Crush again this week!!

Raceland has to be the favorite in this game, they are ranked #3 in single A, and have a very experienced team. Fairview is much improved I believe but to ask them to beat Raceland is going to be a tough chore. If I'm not mistaken Fairview wasn't supposed to be any good this season correct?

Fairview's competition hasn't been the best though. Everyone thought the USC Ohio State game would of been good too huh! ;)

I have to disagree with that (bolded) statement. I along with several others expected Fairview to be good football team.

I think Raceland will win this one. It won't be as easy as some think. Both teams are playing pretty good ball right now, but the Rams are a notch better.

My opinion this game will come down to penalitiles. I have been watching several different games over the weekend and I think before this game I am going to Walmart and buy some yellow material so that I can get in on the flag throwing. I have seen more yellow in two days then I have a lifetime. I watched a high school and college game for clarification. But the yellow rules on this one.

I agree that the competition hasn't been very good for Fairview, but I have seen Ashland play and they aren't the best I have seen. I think Raceland obviously is better they beat them, Russell is better, Fairview is better, and it will be a great game with Boyd County and Ashland. So Raceland hasn't played an extraordinary tough schedule either, even though I think the Rams will win by 2 TD's Friday. Good luck to both teams and may they stay injury free.

:thumb: You may be right oldram, I may have to make a trip to Wally World myself to find some of those yellow flags.

Oh sorry! didn't mean to hurt your feelings! How about like the BYU UCLA game instead!

I think Fairview is an improved team from last year but IMO Raceland is just too much for the Eagles this year. I think Raceland has a tremendous coaching staff and they will have the Raceland players knowing Fairview's offense inside and out by friday. IMO, Raceland coaches do the best job in the area of scouting opposing teams and on top of that, Fairview tends to be very predictable in their offensive scheme. The Rams are gonna have to come ready to play but like Cerebral Assassin said, I dont think Raceland needs any extra motivation for this one. RHS puts it on the Eagles for the fourth year in a row.

Rams 36

Eagles 16
