Some of it was pretty intense & I see no reason whatsoever for it. You have thousands of people rushing the field but yet you pick out one kid to literally brutalize...? Just let the kids be kids. That one person Isn't going to raise any more hell than the other thousand kids that got past you.... If someone could find a good video of the celebration it would be appreciated.
September 10, 200818 yr I saw this on ESPN! There really does need to be something done in how the police handled this situation. They slammed this kid to the ground and was even punching him at one point.
September 10, 200818 yr This is really sad to hear. A college kid going on to the field to celebrate a win like that and have to worry about a police officer whooping his butt. Even if he's not suppose to rush the field. Let the University worry about the fines. :irked:

September 10, 200818 yr Someone should be fired. I know after the UK / LSU game a few students got arrested for simply going on the field and had to go multiple times to court before charges being dropped.
September 10, 200818 yr Like anybody else, when I saw the video it was just flat out disgusting. I'm not a big fan of this storming the field/court. But in any case, how the police acted afterwards was just awful.
