Good "D" by both teams, not the best conditions for the passing game tonight.FC and Lafayette both had some success with the run but the screens and short passing game never got untracked for either team and long passes were not attempted with any success as well.

FC Defense has come a long way. The kids fought hard tonight. Go Flyers!

Bottom line FC lost, they gave the game away for the most part alot of drives were heading down the field and the Flyers just threw the ball away. Offensive line blocking on the interior was very poor on the screen and Pass for FC. Offense definitely was not a strong point. The defense played great for the most part. Making several clutch plays. The linebackers were very tough tonight and the youngsters on the d-line stepped up nicely. First time FC has been shut out since 2002 I think.

The Franklin County Western Hills game may be a good one this year. Hills is off to a good start and looking better.

Very questionable decision making by the flyers QB. The youngsters looked good for the flyers. The hills game should be very interesting.

Good thing about toughening up the schedule for FC they can sure up things now, boys thought they could just show up friday and win, now they better get ready.
