How much time are you going to give him? He's 36 years old.

He's talking in Julio Franco terms.....

Bako is just one of about a million things the Reds need to improve on for

2009. As fans, we may be regarding this "play out the string" mode as

auditions for future contributions by the Reds. For the most part, they

look (and have looked for awhile) like a team just drifting along through

the balance of their schedule. A familiar, and frustrating scenario for

the Reds and their fans. Nobody appears in danger of 'losing' their jobs,

or seriously being challenged for their jobs. It doesn't appear that Dusty

Baker wants to call anybody down for lack of production; poor play in

the field; not hustling; etc.. So, statu quo in the Rhineland (again).

Reds were up 3-1 a while ago, I think in the 6th.

DENVER -- Reds starting pitcher Johnny Cueto exited his start vs. the Rockies on Sunday after just three innings due to a sore right triceps tendon, according to the Reds.

The 22-year-old right-hander will return to Cincinnati for an examination.

***The injury is in his throwing arm and how many people will start wondering if this is just the beginning.

Has nothing to do with Dusty so I don't even wanna hear it.

No, no I won't start going there til the middle of next year if problems develop.

What was BP doing? That shouldn't be an error but he should of had that.

Whats wrong with CoCo?

I was thinking the same thing, he last pitched on the 22nd and before that the 20th.

Reds will likely end up having to use Fogg in this game, which means the Reds would have to find another starter for the 2nd game in the Astros series.

Just unbelievable.

Yowsah! This Reds team just can't get out of its' own way for errors; injuries; missed

opportunities; goofy plays; etc.. The 'drift' continues...
