Pretty ugly game so far on the Reds side.

Yes, but Patterson made up for his brain cramp in the field with a solid double.

3-1 Cubs lead middle of the 6th. Jay Bruce hit a HR.

Solo HR Bruce! 3-1 Cubbies, going to bottom 6th.

Reds up 2-0 in 4th, B Phillips w/ a 2 run HR in 1st w/ Kepp on.

Reds up 7-0 in bottom of 5th, every Red has a hit, except Harang and Patterson, but at least Harang has a RBI.

A shocker that is.

Is that for the game or the month?

Harang is allowed to throw 115 pitches tonight when the Reds have a 7-0 lead. Dusty could have taken him out after 5 innings, after Harang had thrown 82 pitches. He still would have qualified for the win. What is the sense in sending him back out there at this point in the season, especially with the physical problems Harang has had of late?

His motion and release point, don't look right to me. He's not getting his hip through, by driving and he's almost compensating for that, by falling off more.

I wouldn't be surprised, to see he has some upper back and right should issues, once this season is done.

I turned off the game after the Reds took a big lead. Real big shock that Dusty leaves him in for that many pitches with the game in hand.

He's already got them. He was on the DL for shoulder tendinitis or something, and he was just bumped back earlier in the week for back spasms. Having him throw that many pitches is just idiotic.
