I voted and if I get a chance I will vote again tommorow...

I voted . The books that got me interested in reading when I was a pre-teen were the Hardy Boys series . By the time I was in the eighth grade I was reading Alexander Solzhenitsyn , Ernest Hemingway , Sinclair Lewis among others .

Done..... Very good post and well worth the small amount of time that it takes to vote.:thumb:

By the way KTN...I really got into te Hardy Boys books as well.

KY is currently in 4th place, at time of vote.

Strike3, if you could put this as a stick, it may help out a lot. Thanks for voting, guys!

In the 8TH GRADE?? I was still into Spiderman and the FantasticFour! Good for you. I do like Sinclair Lewis now!!:thumb:

The very first book I ever read was Little House in the Big Woods....I was 7 years old. My dad had written in my book that if I kept reading, there would be nothing that I could not accomplish! He was correct. I was the only one of 174...yes, 174 first cousins that graduated from high school...I not only did that but, I went on to get my Master's....I will vote agaiin for this.

Hardy Boys/Nancy Drew were my favorites. I had every book there was! I read them over and over. I finished my first book when I was 11 and was hooked!!!

Done and I'll change title, for more attention.

We are still number 4...I just voted 10 times in a row!
