CCH is always CCH, plus other than Giwa, no one from HC can create their own shot, but don't get me wrong I'll be cheering for the Indians in this one.

 

With a point guard as good as Shina Giwa you can count on him driving to the lane creating shots for his teammates. CCH will also struggle with getting shots off this year because they really don't have anyone besides Shover.

It wasn't last year but the year before Scott had more than Holy Cross if im not wrong and its going to be the same this year. They wont be able to stop Nikola, Hiller, O'conner, Giwa will control Murray, Kellen Smith or Jake Neideregger. Holy Cross' talent level is down this year and wont be able to score without Sorrell.

You are correct about Scott beating HC a couple of years ago at HC. That Scott team was loaded with Sharp, Felts, Miller, Smith, and Quigley.

HC also had a very good team that year with Sorrell, Giwa, Ryan, and Eifert.

Scott was the only team that year to beat HC at home.

HC doesn't have the center to stop Nikola, and if Sullivan guards him he could be in foul trouble.

That Scott team frm two years ago was very different from the upcoming Scott group. Offensively Sharp could get his shot at any time and if teams did collapse Miller and Smith were deadly. Were that team is underrated is defensively. Sharp was very strong and Felts and Smith were lockdown type defenders. They played Coach Carr's scrambling defense to perfection.

 

I don't think this years team has those knockdown shooters and we will see if they can defend like that group. However, Holy Cross has no answer for Scott's inside game this season.

 

I don't know about 10+ because it is such a rivalry game and it is at HC but i do like Scott in this one.

Scott could be very deadly offensively if Hiller is healthy and O'conner matures. Maybe not as deadly as that team two years ago but still really good. Tiger I agree with you about the 10+ and it could be worse because HC wont have anyone besides Giwa that can stop Scott's 7 or 8.

Giwa,Trimpe,Sullivan,Eastin,Egan,Volpenhien come on now Scott wont stop Shina just like they couldnt stop him last year and its at HC with the crowd behind HC Scott will not win HC by 15.... Has anyone seen Shina in summer ball tore it up dropped 30+ on dixie
