Hopefully nothing serious and like suggested, visit your Doctor.

My vote goes to dementia. :D

Seriously, I get these symptoms frequently, with a few additional one. It's usually a sinus infection. Believe it or not, you can have a sinus infection without feeling "stuffed up". I generally also have terrible pain in the left side of my face. I thought my teeth were falling out!

Vertigo is a fancy word for dizziness. Your symptoms are more concerning than simple vertigo. I would go to the doctor especially since you have high BP. It could be so many things, might need to up your meds. My friend had very similair symptoms with the migraines, you should go in for a visit. HTN is nothing to mess with.

I haven't had a cold or anything recently. My blood sugar level is good. My blood pressure was borderline last time at the doctors, but I always get "white coat syndrome" when I go there. When I check by BP here at home, it's always in the normal range. I go to the doctor in October, so I'll likely wait it out until then unless it gets worse or something.

It's probably something to do with "Obama":D Seriously, call your doctor for an appointment and let him/her check you out. You just don't want to fool around wondering what it is until it's too late. CALL TOMORROW - OR I WILL!!!!!!! And you know I will.

:lol" He did say when he moves his head to the left.

I suggest that you go to the doctor as soon as possible. If not I'll send a bill for my medical advice!!! :D

Have you checked your blood pressure lately? I have high blood pressure and have had problems with headaches and dizziness. I don't remember any memory problems, though.

:lol: I loved the bolded part.
