I agree that Colerain is almost a guaranteed loss, but I think they will only lose that one game. Highlands is just much too athletic and skilled this year, I dont see Covcath being any matchup at all, and Lexcath is always solid but I'd say Highlands has the edge. As for Central, I dont know much about them. I am not a "homer" for Highlands or anything, its just player by player I think they can beat almost anyone

 

No guranteed losses but definitely some tough games. I am hoping Cov Cath gives them a better game this season then that Playoff fiasco. It was 40-0 in no time and the Birds if they wanted to could have won that game 70-0. I expect the Birds to end up back in the Pizza Box though so 13+ is a definite.

CovCath WILL be a tough match-up. LexCath is a defending state champ with a very good QB. Central is also a defending state champ with multiple D1 players. Colerain is...well, one of them darn Buckeye teams, also with multiple D1 talent. I just feel that the Birds are capable of winning each game they play this season. Will they? Who knows, that's why they play the games. But I AM a homer and until we are beaten, I predict they will run the table!

Highlands is Highlands, I see them going 14-1 and another State Champingship.

I think it's very likely that HHS enters the postseason 9-1. But CovCath will have something to say about HHS going 14-1 overall, I suspect.

 

Oh, and by the way, Nicknack1056 probably needs to lay off the sauce for a few weeks, if he's making the comment that he doesn't see "CovCath being any matchup at all." Hmmmmm..... sure.
