The whole talk on the radio is Bronson Arroyo. Trade him or keep him??

Interrest has been expressed by the Yankees, Rockies, Phillies and others.

I don't know those JTM commercials are awful good!

No way you trade him. Pitching is too hard to get. Keep him and the Reds may have the best 1-5 in the NL>

Unless you trade him for comparable starting pitching, keep him.

Unless the above is true, I would take it as they are giving up on NEXT year.

A returning, healthy Harang, Arroyo, Volquez, Cueto and Bailey or Fogg whichever can continue their last 3 starts would be a REALLY good pitching staff next year.

I've always been of the mindset to trade him and use the money elsewhere. I think I'm changing my mind. Now if you tell me the Reds are trading Dunn, then I say trade Arroyo. If the Reds use Griff's money wisely they can compete next season.

Be very surprised if he isn't dealt...No later than Monday.

I would like to see him stay, but is he worth the price?

starting pitcher Bronson Arroyo is locked into a long-term contract. Arroyo is signed through 2010, with $25 million remaining on his deal and a club option for 2011, but has also been in the rumor swirl.

When you consider the discount rate on Volquez, Cueto and Bailey then yes he is...

Good point, but I think Volquez is going to get a pretty healthy raise, don't you? And hopefully the plan is to lock JB up for awhile.

Looking at the rumor mill today though, Bronson may end up in the Rockies dugout before this series is over. That one has me scratching my head.

Volquez and Bruce will get paid, but there is no need to do it soon.

I think the Arroyo stuff is just the rumor mill running with the article from Denver...

I voted keep him. I liked what he said the other day in CTRs interview. I think he is the only one that has been that outspoken about winning here in Cincinnati.

I would say keep him. However, if we can get some type of (almost ready position)prospect for him that would help, do it; and use Griff's money for another pitcher.
