I also want to say, Trent Guy is no JuJuan Spillman. The kid is known as a good kid, an asset to the UL football team in many off the field ways as well. Watch for a column about Trent Guy by Eric Crawford tomorrow. Even he (who isn't known as a Red-Glasses wearing panderer) thinks Trent is a great kid.

Good article by Crawford. I got a buddy who is pretty good friends with Trent and I have seen him out a few times, seems like a good guy. Sounds like a situation any young male could have been in, fortunately it sounds like he'll be alright.

 

I also see Krag instituted a no club/bar rule for all players. Thought he might, but it will be interesting to see if it pans out. Like I said, I see at least 3-4 guys out on Bardstown Rd. every time I'm there and they always seem to be enjoying themselves.

Heard this morning that Trent has been up walking and talking, and that he may get to go home as soon as Friday.

Villa Fontana is a shady area to say the least. I see at least 3-4 players out at the bars every time I go out. Wouldn't be surprised to see Krag institute a no Club Rule here in the near future. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea, you get some wannabe come up that's been boozin all night runnin their mouth to a player and something bad is bound to happen...

 

Ghetto Fontana is NOT in a shady area. GHETTO Fontana brings the neighborhood down. That place should shut down...end of story!!

Not jumping on you. But knowing a lot of policemen, and that club, with it's reputation, I can not believe that that would've taken place.

The only thing that I heard was that it was over a girl...someone grabbed Guy's lady and he took objection to it and then other feller sought retribution.

I know this is just what you heard, but it is untrue. I work with a security guard from villa fontana and he said that this was untrue
