I don't remember too many people griping about it at the time, but because I was talking about it I was just a "disgruntled Cubs fan" and how dare I post such criticism in a Reds thread. No one was saying anything because he was hitting around .280 for while.

Actually, you still don't get it. Your criticism was on a nearly daily basis, and there was no argument. Everyone was tired of seeing Patterson in there, yet you still wanted to argue and mention it when nobody was disagreeing.
