My mom used to fry bologna in a skillet, cut it up and then make gravy right in the grease and bologna. Then she made a 'pone' of bread and we poured that bologna chunk gravy over the bisquit bread and oooohhhhh swwweeetttt momma. :thumb: KAHNS is the best I believe. Mom always used a big roll of Ky. border.

 

You can also take a skillet with a good big dollop of bacon grease and heat that up and than fry eggs in it. The eggs will float in there and they are sinfully great.

Ky. Border is great, especially for frying.

Has anyone else tried Buffalo meat? One of the best burgers I have ever eaten, without a doubt.

This is another meat that I would like to try. I am like you in that I have heard it was great, especially Bison Chili.
