June 1, 200818 yr Hairston then Bruce=success. Now the question comes up...What do you do when Keppinger comes back?
June 1, 200818 yr The Reds look like they could be building some momentum. Who knows, they make a trade or two and they could make a run for the division.
June 1, 200818 yr Now the question comes up...What do you do when Keppinger comes back? IDK, but the way Hariston is playing you can't move him, and there is no where else to put Keppinger.
June 1, 200818 yr No way you can remove Hairston from leadoff. Hairston... CF Keppy ... SS Bruce ... RF Griffey ... Seattle ???
June 1, 200818 yr Anyone else think that one of the best parts of this game is to see the Braves whining?. Hey McCann, there's no crying in baseball . Everything is fine when ol' Ducky's boys are beating our brains out, if not in the rest of this game I look for some knockdown pitches the next time these two meet.
June 1, 200818 yr No way you can remove Hairston from leadoff. Hairston... CF Keppy ... SS Bruce ... RF Griffey ... Seattle ??? Griffey's riding the wave of energy that everybody else is on and is starting to get hot. You can get Keppinger enough starts to get him in the lineup most every day if you rotate your days off for the other guys properly. And maybe when he's healthy it can light a fire under E-5, who I'm not ready to give up on. We've got some time before he gets healthy to play wait and see.
June 1, 200818 yr IDK, but the way Hariston is playing you can't move him, and there is no where else to put Keppinger. How about 3rd? He probably has the better glove and he was really hitting the ball when he got hurt. I know E5 has a plus side and he gives it is all but Kepp may work out at 3rd. Like another has said, if they trade Griff, then he may go to right. I am not against E5 at all, just throwing some things out there. I agree that there is no way that you could take him out of the leadoff position with the way he is producing.
