Ok, my mom had a quadruple bypass, years ago, so I hope and pray that everything turns out as well as it did with my mom.

God Bless RK!!! I spent a weekend at Central with my Father just 3 weeks ago. They are great. RK I am sure you will be posting again by Wednesday.

RebelK's brother just said that she is still in surgery and his words are "No news is good news", and that he expects her to be in there till late tonight. If I hear anything at all I will pass it along.

 

I do want to say that RebelK has more fight and is the strongest women that I have ever known. I expect her to have those nurses and doctors walking the line and kissing her feet real soon. I want you to know that I am thinking and praying for you tonight!!!!

We are all still here with you RK....

Just received a call from RebelK's husband. There is good news and bad news to report. First the bad news.

 

When they got RK into surgery, they discovered that the situation was much worse than expected. They ended up doing five bypasses on her.

 

Now, the good news. She is out of surgery, and doing okay. I spoke to him about a half hour ago, and at that time, he said it would be about an hour before they could go back to see her. Obviously, we're about half way to that point now.

 

I don't anticipate hearing anything else tonight. Mr. RK promised to keep me posted as time goes on. I hope to hear more GOOD news tomorrow.

 

Thanks for all the prayers. I'm going to see that she gets to read all of your well wishes too --- that is, if she doesn't still have access to that laptop she posted on this morning.
