My guess is that whoever is the determined winner from the beginning does not get put in that situation to begin with, just to be safe. Let's see, since Punk and Edge "almost" went over, let's see if they do actually get thrown over. My guess is yes, and that the winner will be one of the guys playing it safe, getting nowhere near falling over.
