BGP Posting: Catching Gametime...Not Likely!

Featured Replies

There's no way I could consistently post 30 times a day. GT just has an opinion for everything.

I'm going to try to cut his lead in half tonight. I think I can make 25,000 posts tonight. I mean, my wife and kids are out of town and I just picked up a 12-pack of soda. I should be ready to start posting :thumb:

Gametime is the Ervin Stepp of BGP

WOW, very nice...Only a few of us appreciate that statment

I know. I got a good laugh out of it :thumb:

There was a time that he and I were neck and neck, now, my post count comes and goes in cycles.....

Well, the soda got the best of me and I came up 26,008 posts short of my goal last night.

Total Posts: 12,233 (6.14 posts per day)

My count would be higher but...

- My first few months I was hesitant to even post. This is the first message board I was ever apart of and would get nervous posting (I know, it sounds stupid, but it is true).

- Went about 3 months with pretty limited access. I was living at our lake house at the time and had no computer. I would get on once or twice a week during my lunch break.

- Last year I gave up BGP for Lent.

If I had remained a regular throughout, I am thinking I would have around another 1000 posts. Then again, since I have become a mod, my post count has gone up by about 10 times a day so I guess it has all evened out ;)

I still get scared to post from time to time.

6457; 7.34 per day.

If GT stops posting completely:

It will take me 7,776 days (21.3 years) to catch up at my current rate.

If I want to catch up in a year, I will have to average 154 posts per day each and every day.

If I get my usual 6 hours of sleep, the figure is 8.569 per waking hour, or approximately one every 7 minutes.

It helps if you never sleep... :D

Now I have to do the math all over...
