Best Performance: Darius Miller in the 4th quarter against Lex Cath.

Coach of the Year: Jason Hinson, St. Pat had a great year, and just got a bad draw.

Player of the year: Darius Miller, just a great year. Chris Owens of St. Pat gets a very honerable mention.

Best Defender: Darius Miller, he can just shut anyone down.

Mr. Hustle: Chris Owens of St. Pat, but you can not go wrong with Staggs of Augusta either.

Most Underated could go to Chris Owens of St. Pats as well.

I thought Robbie Graham did all the reloading at GRC.;)

My post honestly only needs to address the only potential team to have an outright shot at the state title.

Best performance as a team: Mason Co. over Lex Cath at Memorial coliseum. D. Miller just went to the next level, and took the team on his broad shoulders.

Worst performance as a team: Mason Co. vs Scott Co. @ home. Wow! enough said, we played 4 quarters without anyone in sync. Turnover after turnover, oh and of course shooting 35 % for the game from the field.

Best coach: Mason County Coaching Staff

Player of the Year: Mason County's Darius Miller, absolutely hands down. Nobody can penetrate if he is in the lane.

Freshman of the Year: Neil Pawsatt, Div. 1 prospect: I saw Rich Brooks yesterday, and put a bug in his ear.

Mr. Hustle: Kenton Murphy: Manager, Mason Co. Boy's Varsity. Now, this is Mr. Hustle with the towels and water. This kid needs some respect. We forget the little guys. My Mr. Hustle Kenton Murphy.

I hope everyone enjoys the 10th region tournament. A special thanks to Danny Weddle, I will listen to this one on the radio.

I too have not seen all the schools play.

I agree on you Best Preformance as a team award.

Got to go with elgoto on:Coach of the Year - Scott Humphrey, GRC (not rebuilding, reloading)

Freshman of the year: Robbie Stenzel :thumb:

Mr. Hustle or 110% award to Josh Clark Montgomery Co

Why don't we give the 40th District all the 10th region honors, congrats to you all. :dancingpa This is definitely justification on why its nice to see other teams play around the 10th region.

I would have loved to see more games in the 10th region this year, but I have other responsibilities that are more important. My parents are both in their 80's and we have been in and out of the hospital with my dad all winter. My brother-in-law has been fighting cancer since October and my sister has needed me. I have not got to even seen my Cards as much as I normally do. Somethings in life are more important than a basketball game.
