You must be reading something I missed. What in the article would lead you to believe that:

 

1) It will get out of committee

2) Williams will allow it before the senate

3) It will pass both bodies

4) It will garner the neccessary majority needed to amend KY's constitution

 

My thoughts exactly. The casino advocates seem to be eternal optomists. It appears far from a done deal.
