Okay I need to know what we should do, I found this funny but my cousin isn't pretty worked up over it.

 

He just started a new job, and his manager has been sexual harassing him. She is hitting on him, sending him text messages with vulgar stuff in them, and trying to get him to "be" with her.

 

He's saved all of the texts and hasn't returned one message to her, she has two kids and told him "if you tell anyone I'll fire you".

 

What should he do? Who should we talk to?

Is there an HR department there? Or if not he could take it to her superior.

I'm not sure, He didn't tell me where he was working he was to caught up in complaining about how uncomfortable he is and how he never thought he would be sexual harassed.

On a serious note: I represent employers, so I can't give any advise to your cousin. I'd suggest he contact an attorney in his area that represents employees.

The manager's threat about terminating him is pretty worthless. In fact, if she were to fire him over this situation - given the evidence that he has that he was pursued by her - he would have a pretty solid wrongful termination suit against his employer.

Based on this pic, I guess it's safe to assume that he's not really into clowns. But then again, PMIC did say his cousin wasn't too worked up about it. :devil:
