February 4, 200818 yr Tony would have never left the field. He is a classy individual. :thumb::thumb: Enough said.
February 4, 200818 yr If this is anyone else, everyone would be saying "NO" If it was Tony Dungy, it would have been the right thing to do, probably. Im sure he would be going to be with his family or something like that. The only problem with this scenario is almost anyone you ask wouldn't expect Dungy to do something like this. He probably wouldn't.
February 4, 200818 yr Spoken by a Pats fan that has just lost..... (j/k nobiz, couldn't resit it :thumb:) Read the rest of my post on the game, no sour grapes here, except for this thread. :thumb:
February 4, 200818 yr Tony would have never left the field. He is a classy individual. It has nothing to do with "class." Bill shook the opposing coaches hand, felt like the game was over and left the field. Bill has done some questionable things this year, but this is not one of them, IMO.
February 4, 200818 yr I think Bellicheat got excactly what he deserved and his actions at the end of the game confirmed the type of guy he is. So guess what I'm not a fan and happy for the Giants.

I don't care for him, but I agree, however the people that don't regardless, and can't look past certain things in the past, well that's what makes them all say it was classless. But like I said twice now, I agree, it wasn't classless on his part.
February 4, 200818 yr I still want to know if Brady shook hands after the game. I would have no reason to believe he did not. I don't think there is anything in his background to indicate that he is of that character to not.
February 4, 200818 yr If I am not mistaken it was the Giants who only had to kneel down about 15 years ago but tried a handoff instead, fumbled and did exactly as you said. Other team picked it up and ran it in. HB20 wasn't that the Giants? Ha Ha it was Tony Dungy himself who picked up that snap and ran it back.

February 4, 200818 yr Alot of class shown by the Pats tonight. NOT! :irked::madman: I was glad the G-Men won.

February 4, 200818 yr From a Yahoo report: "Anyone remember in 2004 when Randy Moss left the sidelines with two seconds left in a Vikings vs. Redskins game? Moss was selfish, a baby, a quitter, didn't respect his teammates, and didn't respect the game. Belichick just did the same thing, but did it on the biggest possible stage, and did it from the position of a leader of men."

He just didn't do it twice BIG DEAL, people trying to make something out of nothing. Was it the best move, no, was it classless, I don't think so. I don't like the guy, I probably would've stayed, but then again I'm not Coach B, and I have no right to call him out, especially when he'd already congratulated the other team once.
