$2 for students and $5 for adults at my school.

$5 for both students and adults but we have a family pass where if you have between 3 - 6 family members you get in for $15.

I wonder if any of the AD's will ever wake up and let students in for free?

 

Cov. Holy Cross used to let the students in for free for basketball games, not sure if they still do.

EX. 1 - Family of 5, (three students) $5 each for the parents $2-$5 for the students = I can't take my family to ball games.

EX. 2 - Family of 5, (three students) $5 for parents, students free = $10 for the athletic dept. + 5 fans and concession money.

The $10 plus concession money beats $0 everytime.

 

Go to a movie, buy some popcorn and see what that costs you.

Mason County - $4.00 for students and adults; $2.00 for students with an "honor roll card", free for students aith a "straight-A card". I see it as a positive to reward students who make grades with discounted/free tickets to basketball and football games.

Is that only for high school students at Mason County? If it is, then that is not right for the kids at the middle school and intermediate school!

I think it should be $2 students and $4 adults at regular season games. $5 for Adults at Tournament games. Nothing more and nothing less.

Also, if a student gets all distinguished on the CATS test they take in April, then he/she gets a card to get into every game for free. But, the thing with the "Blue/White" cards is they aren't good for any tourny or shootout, classic or anything like that that is sponsored.

It is really just simple math. Do you want the $10 - $20 from these families two or three times a year or do you want $0. after all the costs of equipment, officials, uniforms is not going down.

 

It doesn't matter how much it cost to go to a movie if you don't go.

Doesn't seem to bother them at Mason Co. they won't allow the baseball team to charge admission at all, even during a tournament. Oh, and the baseball team as had the same home uniforms since at leat 1994.

Then you have nothing but a babysitting service. Parents drop off the younger kids and come back and pick them up in a few hours. Good deal for parents.

We don't have football at Owsley County, but our basketball admission prices haven't changed for years, $2 for students and $3 for adults.

Thats what it should be very where.

They do charge $5.00 for admission to B/G doubleheaders, MCIT, etc. Maybe some of the showcase-type events as well. The $4.00 base price is for regular-season games.
