January 29, 200818 yr Ever seen a movie called "Running With Scissors"? Wow. You wonder what goes through the minds of people who finance, act, and direct a movie like this. I kept thinking at some point something interesting was going to happen because no movie could be this inept. I was wrong.
January 29, 200818 yr Worst movie I ever saw in the theater was probably that horror a couple of years ago... Wolf Creek or something I think it was called, about a murderer in Australia. I mean, it was based off of a true story so that was kind of cool, but still, even I was heckling it by the end. Oh yeah, and I've seen Cloverfield. I didn't think I wasted my money. But I understand that style of filmmaking can drive some people nuts. Wolf Creek was terrible, and that's being nice. Cloverfield had plenty of action, and I actually like the style, but the way it ended completely ruined it for me.

The plot took forever to develop and as soon as it started picking up, it was over.
January 29, 200818 yr Since my youngest works at the AMC theatre in Newport we get to see all movies there gratis and then can afford a drink and large popcorn . Liked Dan in Real Life . Went to see Sweeny Todd over the weekend and was not disappointed in that either movie. Of course I saw the musical years ago and knew what the story was about . I'm never dissapointed when the offering is free .

January 29, 200818 yr A couple of movies I've watched recently that I would reccomend you stay as far away from as possible are "The Contract" starring John Cusack and Morgan Freeman...WORST MOVIE EVER! Also, "Shoot Em' Up". I hated that sad excuse for a movie. I LOVED The Contract!

Well Depp is my favorite and Burton hasn't let me down yet. Also I saw that one of my favorite television actors has supporting role in it (Vincent D'Onofrio).

I always liked Depp, but after seeing Ed Wood he became one of my favorite actors. You haven't seen a role like Johnny Depp as Ed Wood... it cracked me up.
January 30, 200818 yr Actually I was referring to Wood's movie 'Plan 9 From Outer Space'...the WORST movie ever made...for those of you who haven't seen it,in the opening scene, the flying saucer is two aluminum pie plates taped together...and you can actually SEE the string holding it up.. for you trivia buffs it was the last movie Bela Lugosi ever played in (the movie was so bad it probably killed him!!!)
