This season is the 30th anniversary of the 78' National Championship...............Macy, Robey, Phillips, Givens, Lee & Co. along with Coach Joe B. Hall. I remember it very well. I still have a t-shirt. I can't wear it anymore. It has shrunk over the years. :lol:

January 23, 200818 yr Didn't realize that. UK missed a MAJOR marketing opportunity by not inviting them back, selling videotapes of the games, selling memoribilia, etc. They invited them back for the 25th five years ago.

January 23, 200818 yr Note to UT, you CAN NOT win playing half court.......just like my boys.... I told you they were going to beat another ranked SEC team this year! This win is just what the doctor ordered to lift the spirit of this team and make them want to finish the season playing as hard as they did last night. I would still like to see them play one game 100% healthy.

January 23, 200818 yr Biggest play of game???? Might have been done by the ref. On a missed Tennessee free throw the ball squeaked out to Bradley bouncing off his chest and flying right into I think Tyler Smith's arms. Pat Patterson was there reaching pretty badly in on Smith and the ref down on the baseline called the foul, pointed directly at PP, and then immediately spun looking for someone else to call the foul on. Might have been the funniest thing I've seen in awhile. Patterson avoids fifth and final foul is moral of story. How about the intentional foul on Jasper. That may have been the worst call I have seen this year!
