letabrotherspeak Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 in a New York apartment, per Fox News. Sad.
PepRock01 Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 in a New York apartment, per Fox News. Sad. You know this may sound a bit cold, but I am hoping they didn't need to do anymore filming for the new Batman movie. Any idea as to the cause yet? I would assume that if he was in his apartment then it was likely drug related.
sportsfan41 Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Very tragic, any details yet? Not to be insensitive, but I'm assuming they've finished the Batman movie since it's releasing this summer.

letabrotherspeak Posted January 22, 2008 Author Posted January 22, 2008 Details are sketchy...Manhattan or Brooklyn residence is the report.

youknowme Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Sad. He was a good actor in 10 Thing I Hate About You & The Patriot.
sportsfan41 Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Good to see I am not the only one who thought this. No, first thing that came to mind for me.
HOMELESS CAMEL Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Sad thing is, this is no surprise at all. I believe Heath was abusing drugs going back to when he was a teenager, that lifestyle was going to catch up to him eventually. Just unbelievable that people never learn.

HOMELESS CAMEL Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 It's not that easy. I know, we all know someone who can't stop smoking or has a hard time with drinking or eating, an addiction is not something that can be turned off, I get that. Heath essentially grew up in the business and with all the friends he made and I'm sure he had a few friends die because of drugs and he continues to do it. That's just unbelievable to me.
sportsfan41 Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 It's not that easy. I strongly disagree with that, he could've seeked help. It's sad noone was able to suuccessfully reach out to him though.
SvFan4life Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Very sad news. And to say it's not that easy for someone to change from taking drugs to not taking is absurd. All it takes is the determination to want a better life.
Jim Schue Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 I strongly disagree with that, he could've seeked help. It's sad noone was able to suuccessfully reach out to him though. Just because he could've sought out help doesn't make kicking drugs easy.
sportsfan41 Posted January 22, 2008 Posted January 22, 2008 Just because he could've sought out help doesn't make kicking drugs easy. It's his fault, I feel no pitty for someone who knowingly chooses a lawless lifestyle, which can and unltimately does result in his own demise and self destruction.
