January 22, 200818 yr It's his fault, I feel no pitty for someone who knowingly chooses a lawless lifestyle, which can and unltimately does result in his own demise and self destruction. NOBODY said it was not his fault. It is his fault for choosing that lifestyle but the fact is, it is not that easy.

January 22, 200818 yr Truer words were never spoken, I've seen it first hand in my family, a relative has been trying to shake this demon for years. :thumb: :thumb: I've also seen it first hand (a few & to many actually) in my own family. If you have someone close to you that is in that situation then you understand & if you don't have a person like that, then you don't understand.

January 22, 200818 yr :thumb: :thumb: I've also seen it first hand (a few & to many actually) in my own family. If you have someone close to you that is in that situation then you understand & if you don't have a person like that, then you don't understand. I've had people close to me face this, family members as well. Even lost people I cared about to heroin and alcohol. However you're rite I don't understand it and simply can't try to, I feel like I'd be trying to accept it which I can't. Not saying those that understand it are accepting it, that's just the way I tick.
January 22, 200818 yr Firstly, how very sad for his family and friends. I'm sure it pained them to no end to witness the battle he fought. Secondly, this was a man who struggled with drug addictions. Yet....interestingly, not a huge troublemaker, nor an attention hog. Simply a man who struggled, and failed in his fight. Thirdly, in this day and age, it makes sense to understand the signs of addiction and the very real struggles someone who sinks into addiction face. It's not acceptance, it's knowledge that can help you help them.
