woodsrider Posted January 21, 2008 Share Posted January 21, 2008 Actually the beer probalby isn't doing it as much as a bad diet. Beer doesn't contain much fat to speak of. It is mostly the calories and cabs. But a good cardio program and the beer isn't a problem. Most people get beer bellies from the junk you normally eat when drinking beer. High-intensity cardio is the only way to go. (I'm kind of an expert in reducing the midsection!) What did you have "one kid" or something?? :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: Plastic surgery!!!!
