Tiger1
Final. This is more of a blowout then I thought it would be. Can someone at the game give more info.
StickerMann
Not surprized at the winner, but at the margin? Camels claim #1 seed in the district with this win--Congrats to them. Anyone have any details?
bigblueinsanity
I thought CC would win but that it may have been closer.
Mustang
With the win over Scott on Friday night, the Camels earn the top seed in the 37th District Tournament to be played the week of February 25th at the Campbell County Middle School. Scott will be the 2-seed and Brossart will be the 3-seed, and will play each other in the bracket opposite the Camels and the Calvary Christian/Silver Grove winner. Congrats to Coach Scott Code and the Camels!
Sting
Scott started out down 9-0 and kept it within 10 into the third quarter. The Camels broke it open late in the third and fourth quarters...

ballerm
Scott started out down 9-0 and kept it within 10 into the third quarter. The Camels broke it open late in the third and fourth quarters... No you have that wrong.....the Camels started out 9-0 and took a decisive lead in the first half with the score 22-7 at one point. Right before the half Scott went on a spurt and came within 10, then in the second half as you stated the Camels blew it open again. The Final Score was 65-40. Good luck to Coach Carr's team, he will get this team ready for play later in the season or next year. A good coach!!! The Camels played a hard game and came out to win. Jordan Parks played a great game against Uncle Brad, he had something to prove after last year. All three squads posted a victory last night, good night in the Desert!! Good luck to Code's men as they travel to the Colt Classic to play Tate's Creek tonight.
DaPlaya711
It was evident that the Camels took to heart some of the comments posted earlier. Their free throw shooting was outstanding tonight! :sssh:

Were the freshmen and JV games blowouts as well? Would not be promising for Scott's future success in the district if all three games looked like the varsity game! DaPlaya711
The freshmen and JV games were back and forth...both games came down to the last few possessions. Scott will be fine...they have some young talent in the freshmen and sophomore class plus their juniors are talented just inexperienced...not to mention an excellent coaching staff. No doubt Coach Carr will get them where they need to be when district play rolls around and the future is bright!
Old Soda
Looks like that rematch will take place in the District in Alexandria that some people were talking about last week. Mustangs and Scott Eagles.
StickerMann
The Scott / Silver Grove matchup should be good. Both teams are pretty evenly matched. You're kidding right?? Scott is 30 points better than SG, and if you meant Calvary, they're probably about 15 or so better than SG?? Tough year for the 'Trains.
StickerMann
Looks like that rematch will take place in the District in Alexandria that some people were talking about last week. Mustangs and Scott Eagles. That was pretty predictable--Should be a good game, especially given the stakes!!
Tiger1
The Scott / Silver Grove matchup should be good. Both teams are pretty evenly matched. They won't play each other in the districts. SG will play Calvary with the winner going against Campbell in the semi-finals. Brossart vs Scott in the other semi-finals. District finals will be: Campbell vs the Brossart/Scott winner.
