Does anyone like the guy?

The guys on ESPN have been getting on him pretty good today. I personally cant stand him, and it doesn't seem like many Bgp'ers like him either.

After the way he acted after the win against Indy I am now rooting for the Patriots to smoke the Chargers and Rivers.

I posted this picture in the late niters thread, it makes me laugh, maybe someone else will enjoy it. It's a ONESIE!

I won't tell them the stuff you told me on AIM yesterday. :D And I hate Rivers by the way.

Rivers makes it easy for fans to dislike him.

haha the guys on ESPN said that the Chargers coaching staff needs to play Ryan Leaf blowup highlights for him and show him who he's acting like.

I wouldn't say I like him, but I've been a Charger fan since 1978 so its difficult for me to get on any Chargers. I do, in all honesty, feel like he is proving his mettle as a player when people said he was the flea on the elephant's back, and I also think a lot of this stuff is overblown, particularly in light of the mountains of evidence of childish behavior by players in the NFL. For Bengals fans, of all people, to get on here and castigate the behavior of other NFL players is the heighth of hipocricy.

That having been said, I really do wish he would stay away from the fans. What does that get you?

When he came out of college I liked him. I liked him last year. I've seen him interview and he interviews well. Not being a Chargers fans I've not watched him a ton. I lost some respect for him in the Denver game. I lost more respect for him in Tennessee game when he ran his mouth again. I now think he is officially a mental midget who will get his come uppance in years to come.
