Chad Johnson on Mike and Mike

Did anyone else watch this today? It was a pretty good interview and discussed many of the things we have discussed on here this year...

I saw parts of it between writing an article...

I watched it...I feel bad for the guy...I don't know what goes on behind closed doors but on the field I want that guy on my team...

You still haven't told that story regarding Mrs GT and the trip the UC game the other night, yes it's THAT important.

I just went to ESPN.com and the best of Mike and Mike podcast didn't have it on there. So maybe it's on the best of Mike and Mike tv show they air in a little bit.

I want Chad to stay. I agree with what he is saying. They think he is the cancer of the team. I dont think he is at all. We need him to stay if we want to make the playoff next year. If he isnt in Cincinnati, then teams will double TJ. We dont know about Chris Henry. That is two good one if Chris Herny stays out of trouble. Who is going to be the Bengals third. Glenn Holt? (not really a NFL wr) Tab Perry(we dont know what he about. He has been hurt too much). Our offense goes to top 10 in the NFL to close to last in the NFL.

KEEP CHAD IN CINCINNATI

Did anybody else catch him saying I, I, I, I, I, I? For him to say enough people didn't back him is laughable. His head coach lets him do whatever he wants and he has for 5 years. For example he took a swing at a coach at halftime of a playoff game they were winning and the person that got in trouble for it wasn't him.

Like him possibly being a cancer? Now he's saying that other people are saying he's a cancer. Are you still standing by him and the whole nobody on the team said he's a cancer story?

I can only hope they can get at least a 2nd round pick for him. He's obviously very talented, but is he worth all of this hassle?

People on the team saying he is the cancer of the team. I honestly dont think that is the case. We dont need to trade him.

Yes I am! He is pretty much right on with what he said. It is ridiculous for people like you, and all of the other people to act like he is the problem for this team and the reason why they are losing. If he is problem at all, he is probably the least of the reasons why the bengals sucked this year. I mean that is just stupid for people to think that, and I see why he was upset about that. I mean he even talked about just because of what he does is a little bit different than most people do it, doesn't mean he is a completely selfish player and only cares about himself and not winning, and the reason why this team lost so much. I mean it really is funny when people say stuff like that. I mean if teammates actually think that is the reason why they lost as well, then this team HAS ALOT BIGGER PROBLEMS than I ever thought.

Do you think Chad will be back next year? I know from the sounds of it, he really is hurt pretty bad about this past season, and actually seems like he really does want out. I know I want him here though.

I think he's going to demand a trade and likely get it. I'd really hate to see him leave, but he's an emotional guy and it's pretty clear where that emotion is leaning right now. Maybe some time away will cool him down...

Thats what I am afraid of now after watching that today...

What exactly is he upset about?

The ironic part of this is that time after time after time on here, it was put forth that Chad had the support of his teammates and they loved Chad.

But here he is on Mike and Mike complaining that those with the team didn't support him.

Or at least support him like HE felt they should.

So the view of Chad stands in contrast with the view of Chad's supporters on here.

Some lucky team will get him for next to nothing because of his reputation.
